helpful information quiet location shower access
The staff provided very helpful information both before and . i appreciated the quiet location away from traffic noise and air conditioning. leaving my luggage after check-out was useful . I could shower before heading to the airport later that night.

thin walls peaceful experience
the open-air shower was a fun, quirky touch to the room.
The walls were thin. I could hear other guests coming and going. it detracted from the otherwise serene atmosphere i was hoping for. this made for a less peaceful experience than i anticipated

early check-in excellent service shower facilities unclean mugs drilling noises disproportionate costs
The staff checked me in immediately , when I arrived early from a cruise at 9.00am. I left my bags at reception all day , because I had a late flight. I was able to get a shower before I departed for the airport.
The mugs in the room were not clean , when I arrived. There were drilling noises for many hours , over a couple of days. The food was disappointing , because the value claims to be minimalistic but the costs were not proportionate to the value provided.

quiet retreat close to everything
helpful staff quiet location
i found the staff really helpful both before and . the location is very quiet (i had no traffic noise with the air conditioning on). i was able to leave my luggage at reception after check-out. i even had a shower before heading to the airport.
the complimentary breakfast is provided at a café about 10 minutes away. the walk was fine, but the options were limited. it felt a little disconnected from the overall hotel experience.

The team was very attentive. I got help with my luggage and directions to local attractions. the reception operated efficiently, handling check-in and check-out quickly. staff were happy to provide extra towels and amenities upon request.

my room had a small balcony overlooking a garden area, a nice touch. it featured a rainfall shower in the bathroom (i really liked this). the air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room cool.

the hotel had a plunge pool, perfect for cooling off after a day out. i saw vending machines with drinks and snacks on each floor. there was a luggage storage service that i used on my last day.

solid stay near orchard
clean room quiet area
the room was clean and bright. i liked the outdoor bathroom and shower, it added a unique touch, but the lack of full privacy might bother some people. the area felt quiet, even though it was so close to orchard road.
